News: GNH Prevails In Appeal of Order Denying Anti-SLAPP Special Motion to Strike

On April 24, 2018, the Sixth Appellate District of the California Court of Appeal granted GNH’s appeal of a Superior Court order denying MHTB Accountancy Group’s anti-SLAPP special motion to strike. The Court of Appeal reversed the trial court’s ruling, resulting in a judgment in MHTB’s favor, and directed the trial court to award MHTB all of its attorney’s fees and costs.
