Marysia S. Okreglak

Marysia Okreglak is an experienced attorney, who has litigated wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, construction defect, and dangerous condition of public property cases throughout California, in both state and federal courts. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she volunteered for the Domestic Violence Restraining Order Clinic and was a member of the Board of the San Diego Law Review. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Mills Lane in Washoe County Nevada. Before law school, Ms. Okreglak attended the University of San Francisco, graduating cum laude with a degree in Government, emphasis in Economics, and minor in English. She is a member of the Schwartz Levi Inn of Court in Davis California, and actively volunteers to prepare meals for Yolo County unhoused individuals. Ms. Okreglak enjoys spending her free time with her two sons, attending their football and soccer games and volunteering at school events.
