Michael Marx has more than four decades of experience practicing law in the San Francisco Bay Area. He primarily represents architects, engineers, owners, developers and contractors on construction-related issues, including contract formation, project management, loss prevention and dispute resolution. Mr. Marx has tried, arbitrated and mediated cases throughout California. He also serves as a mediator for construction, business and insurance disputes and is a Settlement Conference Officer for the San Francisco Superior Court. Mr. Marx received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1974, and graduated cum laude from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1977.
