Patricia L. Bonheyo graduated Stanford University with departmental honors in 1993 and received her J.D. with honors from University of Chicago Law School in 1997 where she was a member of the Chicago Law Review. Ms. Bonheyo began her career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William Schwarzer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She began private practice as a litigator at Latham & Watkins LLP and joined Goodman Neuman Hamilton LLP in 2012.
Ms. Bonheyo has handled a wide variety of litigation, including cases involving professional malpractice, contractual disputes, business torts, product liability, toxic torts, environmental issues, personal injury, construction defects, unfair competition, real estate disputes, antitrust actions, and class actions. She has experience in federal and state courts and has obtained numerous judgments in favor of her clients based on motions to dismiss, demurrers and motions for summary judgment.
Ms. Bonheyo served as co-chair of the Cancer Prevention Institute of California’s Institutional Review Board for 8 years and is an avid recreational soccer player.
