Pavan Rosati received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1981. She received her law degree from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, in 1989. Ms. Rosati joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2003.

Ms. Rosati has broad experience handling civil litigation through arbitration and trial. She began her career representing several regional and national retail corporations in premises and products liability actions, gaining extensive experience in building maintenance, customer incident documentation and claims management, and safe operating practices. Ms. Rosati has also developed expertise representing insureds in insurance coverage and contractual indemnity disputes.

In 2005 Goodman Neuman Hamilton LLP was selected to represent Home Depot, U.S.A., Inc. throughout the western United States in its third-party defense and indemnification program. Ms. Rosati now manages a team of lawyers handling cases throughout California and oversees litigation in numerous other states involving vendors, product manufacturers, contractors, service providers, insurance companies, and retained defense counsel to bring about efficient and cost-saving outcomes for the client.
