Robert Hamilton has extensive jury trial experience and has tried cases throughout California. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Hamilton also enjoys the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating awarded to individual attorneys (AV) and has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer.

Mr. Hamilton represents clients in construction defect cases and professional malpractice claims, and has significant experience in complex multi-party mass disaster losses, as well as environmental and pollution claims. He also has handled matters involving personal injury, sexual misconduct and the American with Disabilities Act.

In addition to his trial work, Mr. Hamilton has a thriving mediation practice. He mediates a wide range of disputes, primarily focusing on professional negligence, construction defects and personal injury matters. Mr. Hamilton has served as Special Master in construction defect cases, a Judge Pro Tem with San Francisco Superior Court and presently serves as an ADR panelist in Contra Costa and San Mateo Counties. Mr. Hamilton is a 1979 magna cum laude graduate of Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. He graduated in 1984 from the University of San Diego School Of Law, where he received the American Board of Trial Advocates Award for Outstanding Achievement in Trial Advocacy.
