News: GNH Obtains Complete Defense Verdict at Trial Against $21M Brain Injury Claim in Riverside

Culminating nearly four years of litigation and a trial that spanned nearly six weeks, in February 2025, a jury in Riverside County, California, found 12-0 in favor GNH’s client, Home Depot. Plaintiff had been seeking over $21 million in damages, alleging that Home Depot had an unreasonably dangerous floor and that Plaintiff slipped and fell causing seizures, brain injury, and permanent disabilities. The trial was conducted by GNH partners, Joshua Goodman and Zachary Tolson.
