Tom Prountzos

Tom Prountzos has been with the firm since 2001. Mr. Prountzos specializes in accounting malpractice defense, and also has substantial experience in litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, trustee liability, product liability, and personal injury defense. He has participated in achieving defense verdicts in several trials involving multi-million dollar claims, and has also successfully represented clients before the California Court of Appeal.

Mr. Prountzos received his law degree from Hastings College of the Law in 2000, where he graduated cum laude. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.

In his free time, Mr. Prountzos trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in which he has earned the rank of Black Belt.
