Cassady has practiced law since 2013, building a broad and distinctive practice that spans administrative, regulatory, and even zoological matters. As former General Counsel for both the Museum of Art and Digital Entertainment and Goldbloom Laboratories, he has extensive in-house experience advising small companies in the technology and creative sectors, while also handling litigation and providing strategic counsel.

His litigation work has consistently involved high-stakes matters—ranging from defending professional licenses before administrative agencies, to representing individuals facing potential life sentences, to defending civil clients against multi-million-dollar claims. He approaches each case with a focus on mastering the facts, earning client trust, and making strategic decisions about where to press forward and where to conserve resources in order to maximize the chances of success.

On the transactional side, Cassady’s work includes drafting and negotiating agreements, facilitating business sales, and developing complex operational policies involving areas such as privacy and profit sharing. He emphasizes clarity and predictability in his billing for drafting projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within agreed budgets so clients know what to expect from the outset.

Outside of his legal practice, Cassady is an avid gamer and dedicated parent. He also writes for fan publications, builds and paints models, and spends as much time as possible with his family.
