Ms. Probst attended law school in Los Angeles and graduated from the SCALE Program in 1996, receiving her law degree in less than two years from Southwestern University School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, School of Social Ecology, with emphasis in Criminology, Law and Society. Ms. Probst has been a civil defense litigation attorney in California since 1997 and began working in law firms in 1988. In 1997, Ms. Probst was sworn into the California State Bar, the United States District Courts, Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The scope of her experience includes defending private and public entities and their employees in a wide variety of claims and cases including premises liability, personal injury including catastrophic injury and death, construction, automobile accidents, product liability, landlord tenant, civil rights, inverse condemnation including landslides and floods, and insurance matters. Away from the desk, she enjoys spending time with her family, church, and animals, and giving back to the community in ways she is able. Ms. Probst also enjoys running, sports, books, and music.
