Charles Duggan joined Goodman Neuman Hamilton after previously working as a trial attorney for Farmers Insurance and The Hartford, representing clients for automobile accident liability, premises liability, general liability defense, and personal injury defense. He believes in volunteering in the community, and was appointed by the California State Supreme Court to their Blue Ribbon Commission on The Future of the Bar Exam, where he spent two years working alongside experts in the field to develop recommendations for the Court regarding how to reform and improve the California Bar Exam.

Charles attended law school at Santa Clara University, class of 2019. While still a student, Charles worked with the Santa Clara Public Defender to take several cases to verdict. Charles obtained his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, where he honed his public speaking by competing at the national final’s tournaments in Model NATO and UN. Charles is licensed to practice law in the state of California, as well as at the federal level in the California District Court’s Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts.
