Daniel Cuellar joined Goodman Neuman Hamilton LLP after practicing in the areas of products liability and consumer protection law. His practice at Goodman Neuman Hamilton LLP focuses on personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and general liability defense.

Daniel earned a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he also completed certificates in intellectual property, technology law and general counsel practice. Daniel additionally holds a Doctor of Information Systems, a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.

Daniel has significant experience managing complex electronic discovery projects and litigation workflows. Daniel is fluent in Spanish and, outside of work, is actively involved in community service.
